Where: The Limestone Coast, SA. Specifically Robe (known for being the worst place to be over NYE if you like your personal space) and Padthaway (known for being a great place to be over NYE if you like your personal space).
When: 2023
How: Pinot Gris, Sangiovese and Graciano co-fermented in small open fermenters. Basket pressed and left to breathe in older French puncheons for 4 months.
