1. Introduction This website is operated by J & M Innes Pty Ltd trading as Taschini (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.
2. Eligibility & Liquor Licensing This website is intended for use by people who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcohol under Australian law. WARNING: Under the South Australian Liquor Licensing Act 1997, liquor must not be supplied to persons under 18. Liquor Licence Number: 57612670
3. Orders & Payments When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on location. To protect the integrity of our wine, we reserve the right to hold the dispatch of orders during periods of extreme heat in South Australia or the destination state. Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Most orders placed before 10:00 AM (ACST) on business days are dispatched the same day. Once an order has left our warehouse, any requests to redirect delivery to a new address, or any redeliveries due to incorrect details, will incur an additional freight charge at the purchaser's expense.
5. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your wine. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 6. Website Use You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, or attempt to access unauthorised areas. All content on this website (including images, branding, logos, and text) is the property of Taschini and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Marketing Communications, SMS & Telesales By subscribing or providing your contact details, you consent to receive marketing communications from Taschini. This currently includes emails, and in the future may include SMS and promotional phone calls made by us or our authorised third-party service providers (such as telesales partners) acting on our behalf.
